DESCRIPTION
LG501S is a linear SBS block copolymer supplied as porous pellets. Typical properties include 31% styrene content, a density of 0.94 g/mL, 5% toluene solution viscosity of 13.2 cSt, volatile matter of 0.3%, and Shore A hardness of 79. It is widely used in paving asphalt modification, polymer compounds, plastic modification, solvent-based adhesives, and hot-melt adhesives. It can also be used for roofing and waterproofing bitumen modification.
